Help re cutting Tannoy 12" baffle hole in corner cabs

im going to fit my ancient Lockwood serviced HPD Tannoys into corner cabs... i have those sorted but ruined the baffle cut.Not GRF design but with echoes.

I would also like to rebate the chassis into 3/4 particle board. in their original lancaster cabs the baffle hole was notable smaller than the chassis... circa 1/2" in front of cone all round.I expect to thicken the front baffle to provide more depth to assist the rebate.

Are there CNC or older plans available suitable for modern baffle cutting.

I havent looked on the Troelsgarden site yet

Hmmm thanks for that .... if there no plans there then they may not officially exist, the rebate bit and inner chamfering were very helpful

Sounds like I should have spoken to Wilmslow Audio re. CNC'ing my corner cab front baffles for 12" Tannoys. My present deal for them is tenous but if it falls thru It would be great to use such a stalwart.

Ian forget trying to rebate drivers into a particle board baffle-it'll be weak, untidy and crap, use MDF or Baltic birch 18mm ply. If not you diy thing I'd call into a kitchen fitters place-its a 10 min job.
