I bought an h390 recently to use standalone, and superb as it is, I prefer the digital sounds of my chord hugo TT DAC. Probably not a fair comparison though.

this renders all the streaming capability of the hegel a bit wasted on me, so looking to see if anyone out there is looking to change and has something more “traditional” to move on.

Requirements:

-150-200w+
-at least one balanced output
-no built in dac or phono stage
-remote control

value of a mint boxed h390 is probably circa £3900, so looking for swaps in this region, with possibility for cash adjustment in either direction.

Ill trade you for a h590 but id need £2500 my way as well boxed and mint the dac in the h590 is far superior to the one in the h390 they are worlds apart.

yeah, thats very much the opposite of what I need right now sadly. Any other time I'd have considered it, but as I'm likely to need to move house in a hurry, cash is king!
