Headphone Amp advice

My first post, so treat me gently!

Currently I have a Project Headbox Mk II with Senny 600's.

TBH I find it a bit wearing at the top end sometimes. I have been thinking of moving to the Slee Novo (I don't use the cans that much so big bucks for a Rhinelander or whatever isn't that cost justifiable for me.)

Could i expect a difference with the Novo? Or something else? All suggestions and views welcome

I built the Novo kit and run it with Senny 595 , I dont find the top end a problem , the combo sounds very sweet to my old ears.

Heed Canamp, around £200 secondhand, great with HD600s

I use a headbox II with Grado RS2s, its not wearing at all. It could be a can/amp mismatch.
