  1. Things you need to know about the new ‘Conversations’ PM system:

    a) DO NOT REPLY TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL! I get them, not the intended recipient. I get a lot of them and I do not want them! It is just a notification, log into the site and reply from there.

    b) To delete old conversations use the ‘Leave conversation’ option. This is just delete by another name.

HD semantic drift

    Has anyone noticed the First Utility ads which consist of a bogus ad for "HD electricity" which harnesses the power of the unicorn horn to produce special (HD) electricity with super qualities eg it will "boil a kettle instantly". It then says "Nonsense. All electricity and gas does the same. So why pay more?"
    What could have been the inspiration?

    well atleast they didnt say it was 3-D and required for 3-D tvs? I see that the major players are phasing them out .....

    Yes- I can see that. Nevertheless, is it just me or is there something interesting about the choice of words in the ad?
