Has What Hi Fi fallen out with Rega?

You're all speculating too much....
Read the book, watch the factory tour by Michael Fremer.
Then you'll understand the Rega DNA...

Rad

The only one gripe I have with Rega is the non existent email info service, there have been times when I have needed to speak to them quickly, instead of offering this service, the buyer needs to go through a dealer, you then get to speak to someone who has no first hand knowledge of the equipment, for example the older models that many purchase second hand.
Naim offer a first class email info service that respond within a couple of hours, they can advise on all products from scratch, it's a superb service, if only Rega could offer this.

Well obviously we have Paul Darwin on here , as well as your dealer. Outside of this you could try using that thing they call a telephone.

Naturally they don't want to be inundated with calls , but for very urgent help , I have gone that route and had very courteous and helpful information , and you may even speak to someone who actually designs , builds and repairs the equipment.
