Guzauski-Swist GS-3a Active Monitors - ATCs done better?

I can see the benefits of using the mid-range like that but I've personally yet to hear a DSP based, Class D speaker I could live with Andy.

Technically very sound but the proof would be in the listening.
 
The Genelec 8260a's are DSP based ,class a/b though, and the Grimm LS1's are partially DSP and Class D NCore ,they are superb loudspeakers, well more of a complete system actually with A/D and D/A built in.

Reading some of the comments it might be that they are going for high level and bass extension. "Guzauski-Swist" is such a great name though, sounds like a mathematical theorem.

That's into 4 ohms. Strangely their own graphic suggests that the amps are running into 8 ohms and the numbers become a little more prosaic:
