Good value pair of ESL63 in need of resto?

Quad ESL restoration is not cheap, budget for £350 per panel, and on some models there are lots of panels.

IIRC the last invoice I saw for an Quad Huntingdon refurb of a pair of 63s was around £1,200 or so. That was a few years ago so the cost will likely be higher now.

One Thing Audio can supply a refurbished pair and can do a part ex too for non working 63's so that could be useful for anyone buying these.

Haha - I’d have paid more than selling price and re-glued panels I paid €450 for mine back around 2010…and waited 3 years for the glue to start to fail!
