I bought a projector screen from ebay which arrived on Wednesday vis UPS. On opening the box, it was dented, twisted and the mechanism stuck. I rang the supplier and sent pictures. I was expecting the usual return to UPS and then days or weeks getting another one sent out. Bugger me, when I got home on Thursday there was a brand new screen waiting for me. Impressive or what.
