Hania Rani, Matthew Halsall, Yussef Dayes, Kokoroko, Makaya McCraven, Irreversible Entanglements all spring instantly to mind, and Kamasi Washington has a new album on the way too. There’s loads of stuff out there. Putting Ezra Collective back on again in a better later slot would work too. Their album was very widely liked.

I think Matthew Halsall is performing.

Didn't realise what a decent lyricist Kevin Rowlands was, till I watched him tonight with the subs on. Not being in tune didn't spoilt it

I'm enjoying the Heilung Mongolian-style throat singing (was that a thing in iron age Norway?).

Just hoping the audience has stayed away from the brown acid for this one.
