Well that's an end of an era. A man with a real love of music who ran a record shop and a record label that were so important to the Liverpool music scene. Wishing Geoff all the best.

I don’t think he has had any involvement with the shop for ages, likely decades, but the Probe Plus label was certainly still his. It has to be 20 years or more since I last saw him so I’m well out of touch.
