Tempted to put a low-ball offer in as the foams are sha99ed and need doing, likely on the mids too.

Just that he's asking 'fully refurbished' price for something that needs a lot of work...

Yes, clearly overpriced given the amount of work and risk involved (they are not easy to work on, even getting the chrome ends off can be a nightmare), but I’m a fan of the 401. One of my friends has had a pair for 40 years or so, so I know them pretty well.
