I’d be inclined to buy used and save more, but I’ll look into the new option depending on what the cost. I don’t really need it, but since my plan is to move on my 55-200 and get a 100-400, the 90/2 would fill the gap I have between my 56/1.2 and the 100-400. I’m just wary of spending too much since photography is a bit like hifi for me: I go through phases where I end up changing kit too much. But I do know that I could certainly do with the reach of the 100-400, and love fast primes, so the 90/2 is worth getting IMHO.
