Thanks, Les. I forgot to ask the capacitance - would they help my 160 (serial no 0051 - must be a museum piece) ?

They'll be 63v 22,000uF I would think. You'll love them in a 160 - they made a huge difference to my 250 when I recapped it (pre 260z days). I assume the 160 has the space for these fellas?

I bought a pair off Ebay recently 5.5 inch high+ terminals ,3 inch diameter,bit bigger than I expected.I presume all Kendeil 22000 100v are the same size.Are Kendall different?

they will fit in a 160 , they go in the same place as the standard caps , which are the same as a 250.
