Favourite B-Side?

Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young - Carry On

Released in May 1970.
The A-side was Graham Nash's "Teach Your Children".

I very much prefer Stephen Stills' composition "Carry On" on the B-side: intense and powerful vocals, Stephen Stills' fiery lead guitar work, and Dallas Taylor driving the song on the drums.

"The sky is clearing and the night has cried enough
The sun, he come, the world to soften up
Rejoice, rejoice, we have no choice but to carry on"

Wiki says Games without Frontiers was

A-Side

1 "Games Without Frontiers" - 4:05

B-Side

2 "Start" - 1:21

3 "I Don't Remember" - 4:41

It also says that —

1. "The Day the Light Went Out"
2. "Vancouver"

Was the B side of Many to Many.

I think I have that one just for the B sides.

I have both these singles and can confirm that Wiki is spot on.
The B side of Misunderstanding is none too shabby either - Evidence of Autumn.

Richard & Linda Thompson - When I Get to the Border

Released in January 1974 as the B-side to "I Want to See the Bright Lights Tonight", the title track of their debut album that would come out one month later in February 1974.

"Dirty people take what's mine
I can leave them all behind
They can never cross that line
When I get to the border"

Aztec Camera - Orchid Girl

Released in January 1983 as the B-side to "Oblivious", the first track on their debut album "High Land, Hard Rain" and their fourth single.

"But Orchid girl, you'd make my day
You'd blow their cloud of crap away
If you would just refuse to pay
Orchid girl, you'd make my day"

Dee Irwin - Anytime

Released in 1961 as the B-side to his sole Bliss Records single "Someday You'll Understand Why", and in my view outshining the plug side by far.
The song was written by Dorian Burton and Rose Marie McCoy.

William Bell - A Tribute to a King

William Bell's memorial song for Otis Redding.
Initially released as the B-side to "Every Man Ought to Have a Woman" in March 1968, just three months after the plane carrying Otis and his band went down in Madison/Wisconsin.

"Otis, he was known as Big O
Otis, ooh, we gonna miss him so
Otis, ooh, yeah
We gonna miss him so"

May not be quite what you were thinking of, but the other side of the Du Pre Elgar cello concerto is Janet Baker doing the Sea Songs. Yes, Janet Baker singing Elgar as filler...

Ike and Tina Turner. Beauty is Just Skin Deep (Not the Temps song Beauty's Only.. etc..)

B Side to 'Anything You Wasn't Born With' 1967

Probably this one. What harmonies!

Wonderful stuff. And it put me in mind of another Curtis Mayfield composition - gifted to The Fascinations, and the b-side of their northern soul classic, Girls are Out to Get You.

This wee beauty:

Sharon Tandy's b side to her pretty poor version of Lorraine Ellison's 'Stay With Me'

A Brit Psych classic.. :)
