Exposure IV power amp : any thoughts ?

Anyone know how these cope into a 4 ohm speaker? Long been tempted to try a IV DR.

The above link shows that the IV dual is fine at 4 ohms. I would expect all IV to be stable as well.

A good read about servicing early III pre and IV power. This guy/gal knows their stuff and a great design on 'speaker output protection for early IV amps.

Hi, am currently using a single transformer non regulated exposure IV into naim dbls (a known 4 ohm job) . No driving issues noted in a small to medium room.

My Exposure IV dual mono unregulated had a similar upgrade as your last http link as can be seen below and I am very delighted with the results :

That is a real beauty, great example of an early IV.

Very few amps better than this.
