EWA cable for headphone cable?..

I’m sat listening to a set of Denon AH-D600 over ear headphones, which have several custom cables made up for them over the last couple of years. Nothing fancy, mostly micrphone cable.
It occurred to me - would any of the EWA cables that are having such an impact with many on here be applicable for a headphone cable? The IC-25? Guessing the speaker cable is a bit overkill?..

OK what type would you need ?
Is it just a extension cable?
Do the headphones have to be rewired with the cable?

So what do you need?

P.S. working on a few ideas for ethernet cable.
