Buy a $20 bucket of greasy junk food, find it doesn't resemble the advertising photo, sue for $20M.

My only question about these ridiculous OIA lawsuits is why stop at $20M? Why not go for a billion?

try and find a documentary called "hot coffee". it will explain this. the reality is probably the complete opposite of what you are assuming (it was the case for me). there is an excellent logic to "punitive damages".

the actual problem is that there are not enough of these lawsuits.

I was trying to think of things he might do to improve USA yesterday. I thought he might hate litigation and try to reduce this kind of thing going on.

Said on the news tonight his name is on 4,000 cases of suing or being sued over the years. Unfortunately it did not say if the majority were him suing or being sued.
