Tamar Foods, I think in Launceston, Cornwall. Not been there, had an interview to discuss a possible contract a year or 2 back but it didn't come off. I would go there but it's one hell of a haul back to Leeds from there and it is nice to get home now and again, even if it's only once a month or so and you spend the other weekends holidaying there.

Yes, a bit far from you.It was bad enough going from London there all those years ago for holiday.

95VL trim, generally. I don't think beef head trim is allowed any more post BSE. Would I use 95vl in a beef stew? Bloody right I would.

Update, my communication with Tesco has resulted in me receiving an apology from Tesco along with a a Money Card with £15 credit on it. Tesco have also said that they will inform me of the result of their investigation with their suppliers.
