English vinyl pressings

Hi,
I want to buy an English Led Zeppelin vinyl pressing, but I would like to know if is a good idea.I can buy the same Record on a 2016 remasterizad version.The English pressing is twice the prize.I' ve heard that English pressing are just ok.Is ir true?

Or is it the 2014 remastered edtition by Jimmy Page just fine?(Led Zeppelinn II)

The remastered Led Zep albums I have sound good.

I have a least one plum pressing of early L.Z. it does sound good as well, but the prices are insane.

If I was starting again the recent remasters (Jimmy Page) are fine.

It is about availability, if you see an early UK press that is in good condition and it is in your price range, go for it!

If you can get a plum label Led Zeppelin II 1969 UK issue in great condition for 35€ then I would purchase it.

? Hard Rock, Blues, maybe Folk Rock at times.

Best not to focus on labels for music too much. If you like it, that is all that matters.

HMV etc would always file them (and practically everything else) as "Rock and Pop"

Well, I have bought the 2014 remastered LZ II.It is just great.
