How many accidents have there been in the UK that plod has been interested in because the hybrid pedal bike was illegal?

I have no idea. E bikes are rare at the moment so probably not many. However I do know that when I got taken out by a Toyota Starlet the first thing that the police did was to impound both vehicles and have them inspected so that they could work out whether anyone was getting prosecuted.
