Download Codes

i recently got one of those download codes with the new Miles Davis Bootleg LP....does anyone know how to add this to my IPhone without using a desktop computer (I have an IPad but no other computers)

All the ones I’ve seen seem to indicate you have to do the thing on a PC.

It does seem that way...seems nuts to make it so difficult

I love my iThings, but really they are peripherals to my OSX computer. I could not get by with even the top-end iPad Pro as a main computer as its file-handling is so primative even though it is very advanced and usable in other ways. This thread is a prime example of Apple thinking - just so easy for me with a full Apple system, but without that all but impossible. The sum is far, far greater than the individual parts.

Yep agree with you but you’d think that the primary use of these download codes is to put the music on your phone...how many users just have an IPhone or an IPad who won’t be able to use the codes seems pointless to design something so restrictive.

i have never put a download code on to my phone.

They go straight on to my HDD.
