Dolby Atmos?

I think it's mostly pointless for music, as there is very little music that's mixed for it.

It might be more useful for home theatre, as there are a fair number of movies that are coming out with Atmos encoding. If you have an existing 5.1 or 7.1 setup, then add a couple of speakers to the ceiling, and you're going to benefit from Atmos. Just be sure that your receiver can also decode the older and more ubiquitous DTS and Dolby Digital standards.
