Waste of bandwidth
I’ve been listening to internet radio all week whilst trying to get a raspberry to bed down with Spotify. It’s been quite a surprise today to find it noticeably more listenable by some margin.
I can say this with some confidence as my lounge setup is awful. I have a pair of £99 Tannoys firing directly to the floor whilst being above a shelve setup. This was installed 23 years ago so it’s not too hifi by some margin. The wife approved and my main system is safe upstairs...so far. Any defects of reproduction are brutally added to the many others...
