We are really looking forward to re-opening next week and having people back in the shop after what seems like an eternity of having the doors closed.
We are making a few changes to the way we operate in the short term to ensure that we can manage numbers in the shop at any one time and also to make sure customers have a great experience visiting us. After the first lockdown we saw a large peak in enquiries so these changes should help if this happens again.
Tuesday - Friday visits to our store will be on an appointment only basis. This will allow us to space out our demos so ideally only one at a time is taking place. To help with this DNA will be able to provide appointments later in the day than previously so anytime up to 7pm is available. Please do not come in without an appointment as it could be a wasted trip. If there is an hour or two free we may pop our to deliver/install something.
Saturdays are as before Demonstrations will still require an appointment but if you just want to pop in for a chat or to drop off or pick something up then no appointment is required.
