DIY streamer for Nait 5

Mad idea. My Original trusty Nait 5 has an powered aux2 port. Could I build a diy streamer which runs entirely from this port? I mean to draw the power from the port and feed back the audio signal.

The Nait 5 is a great amp, and quite underrated. Wish I still had mine.

(If the DIY option doesn't work out, an Allo Digione and Topping D10 DAC should be inexpensive and superb.)
