In Japan, yes. An earthquake destroyed the Tokin production facility. But Semi-South made some in the 'States much more recently. They have or had applications in radar and any still in production would likely be exclusively for the (money no object) Department of Defense.

That wasn't how it was intended to sound. It is the first power amp that I've built using a smps and with an output cap. The amp sounds more powerful than it's 10 watts would suggest and surprises with the amount of information coming through and it's overall presentation. Very pleased with my build.
