Dead 125 mk II

Oh dear, my TD 125 mk II has stopped. Strobe lights up but motor fails to turn. With power off the spindle moves freely but with power on it stays stuck, like the magnets are holding it, but they should be turning it. PCB ? or is it new motor time.....?

The TD125 had an electronic speed control so the UA709 is probably the problem.
