Crossover cap replacement questions.

I’m thinking about replacing the two film caps (1.5u and 3.3u 100V) in the crossover of my Spendor S3/5Rs.

I have some nice Mundorfs which were very carefully matched and put into old SP1s which have never been used in the ten years since fitting them. My question is, do these caps ‘ form’ and are there any other issues around putting used caps in the S3/5Rs?

They last indefinitely but IMO you're wasting your time. The originals are so much better than electrolytics that you're "already there"
