Concert Ear Protection

I have been trying to do the sensible thing and wear ear protection at rock concerts recently, but all the ones I have tried reduce the high frequencies more than the low ones, leading to a muffled sound. The best ones I have tried are Etymotics, but they still don't give a satisfactory sound.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

They've so far lasted me about a dozen years, and I never go to a gig without them.

I must admit I bought some moulded plugs, thinking that they would be better than the Etymotics, but I found the results very similar. I also found that when moving my jaw around (no, not talking during a gig!!!), the seal breaks with the moulded plugs leading to reduced protection. I also find the Etymotics easier to pop in and out if need be. I do agree though - despite them claiming to give a flat response, they top end is dulled when using them.
