Chord Mojo troubles

I have a Chord Mojo on a couple of weeks trial. Tried it via optical from CCA and coax from CDP in main system, so far so good, worked as expected.

Tried it on my windows 10 laptop with Chord drivers from their www site, works but ... drops now and again, doesn't always seem to be detected at all. I tried two different known working USB cables and a couple of different ports on the laptop, all the same. What gives? Duff Mojo? I use a Beresford DAC on the same laptop with no such issues.
 
I guess I am asking: who is sucessfully using a Chord Mojo fed from a Windows 10 PC via USB? Just reassure me it is possible so I know it is just me :p

Cheers, yup, as I expected, it is just me, I'll try another laptop then if that has issues I'll have to assume it is the Mojo. Well at least it is on trial and can go back with no trouble :)

Yes USB from the laptop, that's the bit that is broken. Was working intermittently, now not even that much.
Optical from a CCA worked fine.
Coax from CDP worked fine.
 
Do NOT use a USB hub - connect directly to the laptop
Try a different USB cable
Try a different laptop USB port
Have successfully done this on various Win10 machines
