The SL600's were marmite speakers it seems, I loved mine which I no longer own and other hated them. As for what they are worth that depends. If you want shut and not bothered what you get then just stick them on eBay and list them for say £400 and let those who lust after them bid on them. But if you want top dollar then set a reserve of the money you think they owe you. Having scruffy cabinets won't help but personally if they are gathering dust let them go and spend it on something useful instead. Just my opinion too.
Hi blur - thanks for this. Pity the nextel finish goes sticky with time. There are a couple of SL600 specialists out there who'll strip it off and respray and i may just do that
