Hi, not sure if this is the right section for this.

I need to move a significant number of CDs and want to put them in some good dedicated boxes for transportation. Like these:

Anyone know what the cheapest options are, I need around 80 or so.

Thanks in advance.

A dead cheap answer is mushroom boxes from Tesco, Sainsbury and similar
Takes around 25 CDs.
Place another empty box on top and I am happy stacking up to 4 high

I use brown archive boxes @ less than 2 euro a go.
The thicker ones take two 33cm rows of CDs in jewel cases.
Worth checking out with a couple of CDs at the local shop (UK dimensions might not be the same)

Banana boxes from the supermarket. Free, double layer, cram one over the other, tape them shut and pile them as high as you have strength for.

Another vote for banana boxes. Sturdy as anything, stack well, and have useful handles. I have some filled with CDs in my spare room.

Thanks for the replies, I should have been clearer. I need them flat packed and sent to my address. I need enough for 9,000 CDs hence why I need a good price. It's just to move them from one place to another but in one van load. Can't be dribs and drabs. Thanks.

When I had to store my CDs for three months I used standard small removers' boxes. Not optimized for CDs but sufficient and reasonably cheap.
