Can you identify these German made tweeters?

Hello.

Can anybody identify these metal dome square tweeters from the 90s.
German made and a code is on the drive unit back. I am keen to get a specification. Wondering if somebody recognises them?

They were in a Shahinian speaker. Trying to match them with a newer unit.

It's a 38mm titanium dome if that helps. No one currently makes one though you'll likely find a suitable softdome.

Interesting to hear that they are not made any more. I was hoping to find a data sheet on it so I can match it with something close as I’m trying to avoid changes to the existing cross overs.
Wondering why these are not made anymore? Did they fall out of popularity.

Hardly any drivers from the mid 90s have survived until now relatively unchanged, especially not ones that weren't broadly popular like these.

You'll need to rejig the xo for sure.
