Can't go wrong with Lowepro bags in my experience. It's the size that you need to get right, too big and heavy and you just won't use it.
Shame you don't want the rucksack type I have an ealier version of the lowe pro, fastback 250, 17" laptop compatible camera bag gathering dust. Used to fit body 70- 200 couple of primes, laptop, batteries, grip and a load more in it.
I just got one of these - seems to work well, be well thought out and well made. The "snout" has an unzippable extension, and this will, when extended, just fit my Sony and 70-200 lens with the lens hood on.
