Buzzing from twitter at ~200Hz

Howdy

Hi,
this will not be DIY project, but I thought this would be a good room to ask anyway.
I've already contacted our distributor and I hope he'll fix this, it will probably take some time though. I'm just curious, what could be the problem, and how high a bill to expect.

I have run various test signals from this site and the results are:

Problem: buzzing sound in the upper range of test frequencies (that would be a little under 300 Hz) - seems like coming from the tweeter??! on both (isn't this weird?) L & R speaker:
bandlimited 120Hz-300Hz
noisesweep 50Hz-400Hz

Crossover frequency: 4.5kHz

No problems, L or R speaker:
bandlimited_20Hz_80Hz
frequency check low (10-200Hz)
pinknoise
sweep 20-20k lin
sweep20-20k log
sweep20-200 lin
sweep20-200 log
whitenoise
whitenoise gaussian

Also there was no big difference in L and R speakers reproducing the white or pink noise.

I'll try different amp tomorrow. But it's probably the speakers?

I also didn't notice anything superweird playing music on only one driver at a time (disconnecting the bi-wiring links) on any of the speakers. The tweeters perhaps sounded quieter then I would expect, but I have nothing to compare with.

Perhaps one more thing to note: I would say (but can't really be sure about that), that they sound better after not being in use for a while, but when used on daily basis, they sound worse every day.

I will check if the problem is with the amp tomorrow.
Thanks for your thoughts.
