[WTD] Broken canon EF lens

Need one for display purposes only.

Anyone got an old cheap broken EF lens

 

Can it be Canon fit `Sigma? I have managed to break 2x wide angle sigmas.

I know it sounds pedantic but as it’s for a display, the look of the lens matters. I’m happy to cover post and say £10 to charity?

also just to confirm it’s EF fitment? Not EFS?

The daughters bought me one of those some years ago, for Father’s Day, along with the obligatory irreverent cards……..and a bottle of single malt.

 

Saw off the bottom “rear cap” and use blue tack. You’d have to glue the “front cap” on.

But it's a fair representation of the 24-105L (got mine, and also the real thing on my desk at the moment), and would look OK as a display item if that's what you are looking for.

Oops, correction - its an EF 1.4 USM (much better!)
