Bluetooth Adaptor For Bose Sounddock, Any Good?

SWMBO's got an old Sound-dock that takes a 30-pin iPhone/iPod. They sell various types of Bluetooth adaptors to enable you to stream music from wherever, & I wonder if anyone's used these, are they any good, and has anyone a recommendation please?

I have used one, they work pretty well, no need to spend more than about £20 as it is not really hi-fi. Make sure your dock is able to power/charge a device though, not all of them can.
