His sticks were certainly speedy enough

Al Mustafa the beloved comes to mind wrt live in Europe, must have been listening to it at about the release time, my first encounter with BC was Crosswinds, still my favourite, in which he is bandleader as well as drummer, and it's superb imho, there's loads more.

Seen him numerous times and always been utterly blown away.

Power, finesse, precision, sensitivity and understatement.

A master...
