Indeed. I wonder if ill-health was part of the reason he was taking a sabbatical from KC?

A shock's the right word. He seemed to look fit and healthy the last time I saw KC.

Despite having played with many bands I like I don’t think I have any albums he played on so I don’t actually know his work (he seemed to come in at the end of bands careers after I’d moved on)! Anyway, by having played for so many bands I liked he has to have been a good ‘un! RIP.

Clearly a popular member of the KC massive reading the plethora of warm tributes. It does seem that once you’re in, you’re a brother for life so not a bad band culture to be a part of.
