The Phoolosopher
Up now are two albums from two American rock bands who once upon a time had raw energy and youth on their side, albeit some band members clearly used a better brand of toothpaste... but that's by the by as far as the music is concerned. We're talking about Appetite For Destruction by Guns N' Roses and Slippery When Wet by Bon Jovi. They each have their massive hits, but as to which one is better, cast your vote now to have your say.

Up next, two more albums from America - Americana, this time: Déjà Vu versus Desperado.

Both crap.

Off topic but in the "yes you heard it right" category, the producer of Hawkwind's new album is... Mike Batt! Cosmic wombling man!

Don’t often listen these days, but Appetite for Destruction was on my Walkman as a teenager a lot!

Bon Jovi never appeared on my radar... my now wifes’ favourite band :(

Appetite for Destruction was a breath of fresh air when it appeared in the late 80s to replace hair metal.

Bon Jovi were eerily similar to hair metal.

AC/DC - my pick would be Powerage.
