Best Speaker cable after DIY work??

Hi All DIY'ers,

having had some good sonic improvements with Les' tips on Naim kit, I was wondering if anyone has after modding their kit had to change speaker cable.

After modding my 62 pre amp a lot more detail has emerged, sometimes a little too much resulting in some tiredness in my ears after lengthy listening.

I presently use NACA5 cable.

Anyone else found they needed to alter cabling after DIY work?

I dont want to kill detail but was after a more easy going sound.

Any help most appreciated,

Try Les's cable - I liked the change after A5 - apart from anything else the discreet and flexible nature of it!

How would you describe the difference in sound between the two?

Like moving from a NAP250 to a 260z

In other words - quieter silences, more control, more even handed, more detail, just as much music getting through.
