  1. Things you need to know about the new ‘Conversations’ PM system:

    a) DO NOT REPLY TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL! I get them, not the intended recipient. I get a lot of them and I do not want them! It is just a notification, log into the site and reply from there.

    b) To delete old conversations use the ‘Leave conversation’ option. This is just delete by another name.

Hoping any other owners can help. Received one of these budget phono stages this morning - decent little unit for the money - but can’t get the grounding post to unscrew. It’s for my son’s replacement amp but wanted to run it in here for a day or two. So should it unscrew? Can’t budge it. Thanks in advance.

    a) Join a gym

    b) it's not expensive, just unscrew the box and look inside

I’m not lacking elbow grease; just didn’t want to twist something that wasn’t supposed to do it!

Hehe. I imagine it should undo - otherwise what's the point of having it?

It may need slackening from the inside.
