Avondale Multicap with a Nac82 anyone?

Personally I just wouldn't bother. You'll get better value selling the 82 and buying a Grad1/TPX1. I haven't tried a multicap but I've been through the 82/52/Supercap route thence said Avondale preamp.

If you must have remote control and can't live without it then an Avondaled 102 beats a 52/Supercap combo and is much cheaper.

Cheers,

I ran an 82 with a APX4 and then a TPX1 , I then went GRAD1/TPX1, none of the changed were sideways or backward moves, I then started doing dems for Les , as I was so impressed.
A multicap is a bank of TPX modules , so an 82 woud only require 4 at the most
