We have for sale an Avid Pulsare Phono Stage.
This is pre-owned, one owner from new and was originally supplied in March 2010 as confirmed by Avid
The Pulsare is a 2 box phono stage, the second box being a heavy high quality power supply.
This is supplied in its original box with umbilical cable for PSU, instructions and UK power cable.
This is in great condition overall and perfect working order. There are a few minor signs of wear but no nasty marks or scratches, the front panels are unmarked.
The Pulsare offers both XLR and RCA inputs and outputs and has plenty of configuration options via the 4 dials on the front, you can select the input, adjust the gain, resistance and lastly capacitance loading (typically used for MM).
There are 9 settings on the resistance dial, 47K for MM and then 10, 30, 100, 300, 500, 1k, 5k and 10k ohms as well.
Great phono stage, brilliant build quality and performance and superb flexibility, no awkward dip switches on the back and fully balanced operation for those that can utilise it.
