Audiolab M-DAC left channel issues

Had my M-DAC for around 2-3 years now and it's been brilliant.

Earlier this week the left channel stopped working and not sure on what to try to resolve this. Nothing obvious in the manual.

Running the latest software vA.10 (I think, no obvious place to check this online).

Checked the L/R balance and I get this which looks like a software bug?

Any suggestions on what I can try to resolve this?

Do you get both channels if you use the headphone socket?

I have a similar problem with my M-DAC but the headphone socket is ok. This apparently is caused by one of the relays that switch the output from phono to headphones being stuck in the headphone position. I used mine for a while with a lead that had a headphone plug at one end, and two phonos at the other. I recently bought the newish Project S2 DAC to replace the M-DAC until the M-DAC 2 is ready.
