Great. I hope you don't mind me asking but is there a way to incorporate a hearing aid and headphones to enable good listening, or have you decided to just live with things?

Tbh hearing aids don’t help. I can overcome volume loss by turning it up - it’s the distortion that’s the issue and aids only amplify it + they sound very tinny. Eg violins sound like scraping fingernails over a blackboard as an example of the distortion.

Sorry to say this but I sold it a few months back along with the cd drive + cans. Now I’m having to decide what to do with the CD9 but don’t feel like parting with that just yet. Was listening to it just now with my Stax setup. Half a loaf is better than none I guess regards my lug holes.
