Apple airplay only playing through one speaker!

Hi
I'm having a home demo of an Aries G1 and have tried to use Airplay for the first time ever.
I'm using an ipad and only seem to get sound through one main speaker, there is faint sound through the other.

No problem at all when I stream through the Aries using it's own app.

Any ideas??

It was a balance setting in the ipad!
