Anyone convert the Hi-line (RCA->5Din) to XLR->5Din ?
Thinking if this convertion to Balancing would have any benefit?

Balancing is only of value for long cable runs, say >10m, and/or very low level signal, such as pick-up cartridges and microphones, and/or if you happen to live in an area of high RF interference, such as close to a 500kW short-wave transmitter.

For normal domestic use with line-level signals it has no benefit other than being a nicer engineering solution.
