Greetings, all:
First, allow me to thank you once again for helping fund a medical evacuation vehicle which was delivered to eastern Ukraine last month. I’m attaching some pictures of it doing its job outside Orikhiv in Zaporizhzhia Region.
Things aren’t going so well there right now – the Russians are trying to mount another offensive, the Ukrainians are running low on ammunition, and you may have heard about three Ukrainian soldiers executed by Russians after running out of ammunition and surrendering just down the road from Orikhiv.
The situation is so grim that we have been asked for another medical evacuation vehicle, which has now been located (another Mercedes ML) and my son has raised funds to purchase it.
I’ll be driving it to the Polish-Ukrainian border on 8-10 March, and would welcome contributions towards diesel costs and also chocolates which we are hoping to take to eastern Ukraine too.
