Anna Calvi at Festival No.6

Caught her set at Festival No.6 over the weekend and was blown away by it. I now have a very inspired 13 year-old as a result too! Will def try and catch her on tour later this year - very good live.

The new(ish) owners are knocking it on the head. Rumoured not making a profit. They increased the capacity when they took over and it became more like a normal festival. The End of the Road fest. seemed to get the better "Indie" acts recently.
There was a car park-flood plain-wet weather debacle a couple of years ago which may not have helped.
In short : it was good, then not so good and now over.
